The destruction methods offered by Sytech are: Logical Destruction of data. This involves the secure erasing of all data from a digital device, by the use of recognised overwriting methods of the digital media content. The permanent data erasure surpasses the methods of deletion employed by basic Windows commands, which only remove the index pointers of the data. Physical Destruction of data. Using MOD approved methods to handle and destroy Protectively Marked media up to the highest security levels. This is performed by physically shredding the data storage device, by using a low speed and high torque disintegrator. This cuts and grinds the desired device into tiny pieces. Every step of this conforms to the ISO 27001:2005 standard and is fully audited from start to finish.
