2012 Bradford, West Yorkshire

Cell Site and Mobile Phone evidence was used to show the defendants movements and locations consistent with being at the purchase of illegal fire arms from an arms dealer residing in the Liverpool area. Cell Site evidence supported the Prosecutions Case.

This evidence assisted in the subsequent guilty pleas being submitted by the defendants.

Crown – v – Pankhurst & Covey

2012 Leeds, West Yorkshire

Cell Site and Mobile Phone evidence was used to show movements consistent with being at the multiple offence locations at the offence times. This was a campaign of burglaries at homes and business premises in Leeds worth £300,000

This evidence assisted in the subsequent guilty verdicts. Anthony, Jonathan, and Scott Pankhurst and a fourth man, Jamie Covey, were each found guilty of two offences of conspiracy to burgle. Judge Neil Clark warned them: “It is inevitable that I am going to have to pass a relatively long sentence.”

Crown – v – Anthony Horsfield, Shahnawaz Nazar & Others

2012 Bradford, West Yorkshire

Cell Site and Mobile Phone evidence was used to attribute mobile phones used to orchestrate the supply of over 10.5 million pounds worth of Class A drugs to the home addresses of individuals.

This evidence assisted in the subsequent guilty verdicts. Nazar was sentenced to a prison sentence of eleven years and Horsfield to six years for the multi million pounds drug conspiracy.

Crown – v – Arif, Din, Begum, Bakhat & Hussain

2012 Leeds, West Yorkshire

Cell Site and Mobile Phone evidence showed that the main offender had been present in the vicinity of the offence location at the time of the murder, showed attribution between the defendants and the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
This evidence assisted in the subsequent guilty verdicts Arif was sentenced to a prison sentence of thirty three years for the murder of Gavin Clarke.

Cell Site and Mobile Phone evidence showed that the offender had been present in the vicinity of the offence location at the time of the double murder.
This evidence assisted in the subsequent guilty verdict and Hussain was sentenced to a prison sentence of ten years for manslaughter.
